is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois with a dedicated
development and support facility in Lake Barrington,

distributor and reseller network. These partnerships
also provide a valuable forum for new features and
approaches towards future Point of Sale software

Craig has many years of experience in the technology field, from his origins as a
partner in a small computer retail store to his current position managing the systems for a complex mission-critical
network as the Vice President of the Chicago IT group for a large publicly-held global investment bank.

Steven Henderson, Chief Marketing Officer

Steve has years of Retail hardware and software experience, both as a former retail store owner and a
Point of Sale solution provider. His unique experience helps Provaya provide a product that is loved by
not only the Retailer but the Reseller as well.

David has extensive experience in high-tech finance and business development as having previously served
as a CFO in a telecommunications services company and as a controller, mergers and acquisitions specialist
and finance manager in public and private technology and e-commerce startups. David is a Certified Public Accountant.
